Great question, Lynne! Only you know why you have a passion for the work you do. You walked the path to get here. Yet, sometimes it is easy to overlook some of the steps along the way that were really huge influences, like failure, or a change in direction, or a difficult experience, or a big accomplishment. Looking more intently at your story can open your eyes to some of those pieces. Taking a second look can reveal skills and qualities that make you unique in your work. Clarity here can open many windows as you envision what might be ahead.
